Cooperative Agreements

This is one of the attachments to one of the parts of the State Plan, being the agreement between the courts and Child Support Enforcement Division, that the feds sent to the states and the states must comply.

Just read about the courts getting paid for their services by the child enforcement agency and then just look at the word court every time it is used.  This should be enough to make the people that are involved in the child custody battles want to fight back. (peaceful you mind, though)

This is conclusive prove of the lack of separation of Powers.  I will post more when I get the good copies and they can be hot linked, if the court or Child Support Enforcement Division will cough them up, as they aren't real helpful to my pleasant demeanor of gathering evidence for charges of treason against them.

Then when the entire State Plan is posted, I think you will agree that it is unbelievable and every STATE has these - what a blessing to have Congress and the STATE legislators so concerned over our welfare (sic).
